Recommendations
With so many low outcomes measures, where to start? Education seems like a good choice. The state’s k-12 measures are the worst among education outcomes and focusing in this area is a must. Increased education outcomes over time may reduce the rate of poverty and improve the economic scores as results. Following this, South Carolina should concentrate on reducing the level of crime and traffic fatalities.
